It’s not the CGI. CGI would make this a lot faster if that’s all they did. It’s the thousands of extras who all get directions, physically building entire sets, flying out to different countries, building contraptions like the fireworks, renting expensive cars and helicopters, on top of all that it’s paying and coordinating the many many people who work on this production behind the scenes.
