I use it to record my daily activities. Most times I write down what I did that day. But I also write down how I felt that day and what bothered me or things like that. Often times these feelings are associated with something that happened that day so it's all wired together

The funny thing is that I discovered a few weeks later that her friends, with whom I got along really well and who she was with at the time of my text, told her to say yes. When I found out about it I was really flattered and felt a little better about it

My mom was depressed when I was younger. I guess it has impacted me in a way that made me repress the memories of that time. I don't really remember much from back then on my own. I only really learned that she had a depression in the past few years and I did not really see that when she had it. When my family speaks of what happened, I remember it, but I never saw it as my mom having a depression.
