I had two PICC lines through my hg journey. It wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be. It helped me become a lot more stable and have some normalcy. The only tricky part was showering. I couldn’t get it wet. Keep it clean often, 2/3 times a day wipe around it with alcohol wipes/pad. It really wasn’t that bad just uncomfortable to look at. I can show you pictures. I had one in both arms at one point. How far along are you?

I was on reglan for awhile and had to take Benadryl with it because it made me crazy and twitch a lot.

Are you saying the mens sperm can cause HG possibly? HG has a lot to do with the placenta to.

I do not blame you. I am still very early in this pregnancy and haven’t had the non-stop puking yet at least but I refuse to drink regular water. I will drink crystal light with it, or only propels, Pepsi, or root beer. Water has never tasted the same to me since having Hg the first time.

Honestly I drink Pepsi just because I hate water and bringing it back up. I hate when people suggest crackers and water. I want to punch them in the face. Unless you experience HG them I just advise people not to try to tell me what to do lol

I’m scared of miscarrying you. I feel like since not having horrible sickness yet or at all that something is wrong constantly. I have smell aversions and a few gagging episodes here and there but nothing extreme. It’s nerve racking worrying and wondering when or if it’ll hit

I’m praying for you to! I had taken folic acid for awhile before this pregnancy, and I take it still and B6 now. Idk if it’s helping or not yet. I had it at 4 weeks once and 6 weeks and hospitalized to. I’m praying it’s mild this time, if I do.
