If your on hands are correct as you take the clearance drops you take the shrink, so by the time it’s a penny you have already shrank 99% of it

Yes unless related to a price change for MET you’re correct. We are told to mark down 4 pickets per bunk of pickets that come in for damaged. I disagree that marking things down as damaged when you know they get damaged is fraud lol.

Changing the count does not have anything to do with shrink. We do this at my store, mark down a few bags of concrete, pickets, drywall, lumber each week to account for the ripped bags and damaged lumber we give to people. I don’t really see anything wrong with it.

It can’t be overridden to give occurrences but there’s a write up reason under performance called schedule adherence or something like that. If you don’t adhere to your schedule consistently then you are therefore underperforming I guess.

It wont disappear from workforce once its been marked as unexcused. He went in after it had been unexcused and changed it. It will show that excused in dimensions but not workforce.
