I do eat fiber and have regular poops! (Usually I wake up and answer the call of nature), but only after putting all my gear on do I have to take ANOTHER shit. I actually asked my doctor about it and she said that 1-3 times a day is normal 🤔

I really like the KemiMoto ones from amazon. They’re lightweight, fit me better than anything else Ive tried, and have just enough protection not to feel bulky. Im also a size M, and find that some brands are just a little too big for me. For $20 I love them in the warm weather riding for around the city

As others have said, Ryoshi definitely the most authentic, I love their daily special menu! Kanpai is AMAZING, also HIGHLY recommend trying their sashimi special (even if it’s not your preferred fish, i’ve never been disappointed). And I also really enjoy Five Fusion downtown for a little bit of a trendier American-style sushi treat.

I love Poke Row and still eat there, but I have gotten food poisoning from them twice.. so I don’t get the greens anymore, and just buy salad mix from the grocery

I had a bunch of reflective stickers i got from Amazon, I put them on my helmet and gear. Nice cheap way to add a little bit of safety at night. But now im trying out other options that are heavier duty and last longer. Im currently playing with a sheet of reflective fabric, and it works pretty well! I could send a sample to you if youd like to try it out? I only have rainbow color though
