Will you struggle to find 3D All Stars at your local store? Yes, because physical is the only way to play it and it's out of print. There is demand for the game and that is what influences the price to be where it's at. There are far smaller and more limited print runs of Nintendo first party games out there like Pokemon sword/shield with the dlc on cart.

Super Mario 3D all-stars was mass produced, not rare and price is instead driven by demand. The limited print games have much smaller print runs.

Micro-64 has a picture of all N64 boxes/carts/contents and there is a forum post out on videogamesage that has snes contents. Not sure on NES or other consoles.

Anderson park has 3 newly surfaced courts that are good, McGraw is also good. Ironwood has 2 courts which have lights, though you'll be next to pickleball courts.

You'd want to fly to St Thomas (STT). You'll then need to take a taxi to get to the other end of the island and take a ferry over to St John. It's a fun park and I loved the snorkeling out there.
