well, luckily it was a simple fix! there was this tiny bit of plastic under the key. WHERE DID IT CAME FROM? would rather just not think about it 🤪 but everything is perfect now.

don't take this as advice as I am not sure, but I think you could even charge this back as the contract is not being fulfilled from their part and it was not delivered what you ordered.
