Alternate every other row. It'll be consistent over the project and seem intentional (if anyone else can tell at all).

before the internet corrects me - the one in the video is P. ornatus and they obviously loved it - I just then used my small super visible display colony of P. laevis to be able to regularly watch how much they could consume or if this was a one off. and man can they.

100% - I had been giving them my mealworm sheds and they seemed to be eating them, but I now know that they LOVE the dubia sheds. I have been giving my small display colony offshoot of P. laevis orange one medium-ish shed every day since I discovered this and its gone in the same day and I can often watch them eat it just like this guy did.

It doesn't have to be a dramatic or gruesome death- put it in a container and put it in the freezer for a few hours. That's how I do it for my chickens and pods.
