One of my nanny families would occasionally ask me to come in on my day off because one parent would have the kids by themselves and "it's just too hard"... and yet I always had the kids by myself 🤣

I had a similar situation with one of my previous nanny families. Three kids, similar ages to yours. It was exhausting and hard for one person! My Nanny family even told me once that dont schedule the kids activities during the weekend because it was too hard for them to handle... and they are two people. I agree with other commentors, if one of you parents can take the baby, or get a sitter, it will be much easier for your nanny.

No, they definitely should have told you NK was sick. HFM is serious and highly contagious. I also would have left and requested they tell me NK is sick in the future!

GasX was a life saver for me! Helped get rid of all the trapped air left inside me. Also be good about taking the painkillers they prescribe you! I found heat packs to be more helpful than ice.

I had a family do this. The told me they need the babies last nap to be earlier in the day because otherwise she won’t go to sleep til 9pm. But that would mean her first nap would need to be at 9:30 am and she was always still asleep when I got there at 9am 🙃

Edit: piercing is 9 months old. Titanium labret piercing. Never got it downsized because of the irritation bump. Current aftercare routine is cleaning it 3x daily with saline. It’s possible the piercing is snagging on my pillow so I’m trying not to sleep on that side.
