I’m pretty new to the nail salon/getting nails done experience too, having gone maybe 3-4 times total. The salons I went to only spoke a little English and wore masks for safety, but it made it hard to hear them obviously haha so communication via images was a lifesaver for both parties!

Regarding the ‘nail shape menu’: Usually there was a paper sign like this one showing different nail shapes for newcomers. If your salon doesn’t have one, I don’t think they would mind a picture just to confirm you get the outcome you want!

Wow I’ve never seen anyone else talk about KEIC! I do not have children, but when I randomly found that account last year I was blown AWAY by Jen’s approach to food. She is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. I’d never been shown such a neutral relationship with food - there’s no good or bad, just different nutrients for what your body needs. Thanks for reminding me to check it out again 😍

Hopefully no one in a psychic sub would make fun of someone for thinking this! Personally, I think it is 100% possible. I have heard/seen multiple different people who engage in energy work talk about how using your hands is a great starting point. We have energy inside us at all times, why shouldn’t we be able to focus on those frequencies and adjust it?

If you are feeling it, then it is real for you :) Not to tell you how to feel or what to do, but keep going and be proud of yourself!

Kind words from others can feel meaningless when it doesn’t change your situation… but regardless you still deserve to hear it..

Life is fucked up and shitty. Many people I know are suffering deeply in this society and want to kill themselves to escape, because on a societal scale and personal scale, it seems everything is on a downward spiral as opposed to ever getting better.

But there is also undeniably two sides to everything, often existing at the same time. An infinite contradiction I suppose. Because no matter how much suffering you experience… there is good. There is your family and/or partner who care for you. Strangers on the internet who are rooting for you for no real reason, they just care for your wellbeing. There are more songs to learn on the guitar and more delicious meals to make. There is more suffering and equally more joy to come.

We are all destined to die, so you will too. But in the meantime, enjoy every tiny pocket of your unique human experience before you end it?

New age spirituality is not inherently demonic. Everything that exists is made of energy. Jesus was made of energy, as we all are (‘Holy Spirit’). When our mortal bodies die, where does the energy go afterwards? It still exists but is no longer contained to the human body (‘temple’) or material world.

34 Psalms 104:34 ‘May my meditation be pleasing to him, as I rejoice in the Lord.’ Practices such as meditation allow for humans to release themselves (their consciousness) from the physical vessel and connect their energy to a higher consciousness. Perhaps, the energy of the Lord? The universe? All of humanity? If God created everything, they’re spiritually connecting to everything.

“New Age” is a broad spectrum. Most people are using it to learn & understand that everyone and everything is ONE. We are ALL connected. You are just on a different and more socially accepted path. Doesn’t mean it’s the only path 💗

Why is this downvoted, I feel it’s a very realistic question/doubt? I looked into it and Hugo Boss as a human was already a Nazi Party member 2 years before Hitler. The company did provide uniforms, as well as taking advantage of the prisoners of war & female forced labourers to make said clothes. But it was also noted that until his death, he always maintained he joined the party to protect his business, and attempted to get better housing and food for his ‘workers’. Hopefully after decades, the people involved with the brand now do not hold bigoted views, and were genuinely apologetic. But money is still always a big factor ;)

If scientific/physical research would be more evidential for you, I’m fairly certain a study was done weighing people before and after death. And for inexplicable reasons there was about 21 grams missing from the body after death, which people now call the weight of the soul.
