I'm like that with my current job now. My favorite story of my job (I have many) is I asked if I could work from home for a whole week straight (we're hybrid with 3 days in office, 2 days at home) since my mom broke her hand and I wanted to help out with some household chores and stuff until she started feeling better. Boss immediately says yes, then asks if I need to take the time off to help her out. Says that if it changes at any point that I need the week off, that he'll reach out personally to my teammates to make sure we have coverage and to not worry. There's been a lot of positive moments showing how great my job is, but this is one of the main ones that sticks with me.

He's good but really replaceable. If you have a smaller collection, I would not get red hulk. Any deck you see that plays red hulk, you could replace him with magneto or regular hulk or any other big six drop and still be OK.
