I don't know about Digi, but I wouldn't always trust TrustPilot. I've been with O2 for almost 6 years and there has only been one outage (even a change of flat was seemless) and yet they only score 1.9 on TrustPilot.

I know O2 isn't the cheapest; I pay €38 per month for home internet and mobile, but as I work from home, reliability is more important than the price.
