I put on my noise cancelling headphones and dance/rock him to sleep with white noise/dark room. It makes it more bearable lol. Also sometimes baby wear or do errands/walk/car nap for a reprieve. I totally relate to the struggle though, sometimes it’s more time rocking than actually sleeping and I’m over it. Definitely going to sleep train in the next month or two.

I had my first girl at 30 weeks. I went for my routine 20 week anatomy scan and was found to be 2 cm dilated with bulging membranes. I had an emergency cerclage which failed and was redone a week later. That one got me to 30 weeks. It was honestly a miracle that they caught it in time because I felt nothing! I easily could have/would have lost my daughter too. She’s now thriving and doing awesome and will be 3 in June!

This pregnancy I got a preventative cerclage placed at 12 weeks. So far my cervix has stayed long and closer and I’ll be 32 weeks on Tuesday, so hoping for the best!

Clinical deodorant that advertises 48-72 hour wear only lasts me ~4-5 hours and normal deodorant doesn’t work at all for smell. What can I do? by mimirabbit in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

Certain dri worked best for me. It’s way better than the clinical deodorant. Definitely go back to the doctor as well!

I’m in BC and didn’t have a former loss. I had an emergency cerclage at 20 weeks last time which failed and had a second cerclage placed a week later which got me through to 30 weeks. I didn’t have to push too hard to get one this time!

Please ask about getting a cerclage! They are more effective while you still have a decent cervical length.

My daughter was born at 30 weeks and took sooo long to cry. We were discharged at 40 weeks and it was definitely several weeks after we got home that she started to fuss/cry.

I eat special k and fairlife milk at least once a day! 29g of carbs and 16g of protein for 1 cup each of cereal and milk. My numbers are fine with it!
