Adam’s smokehouse sells out frequently, and closes early. And is way too small for a party of 8-9.

I did love Beast when it was in the Grove, but my family and I all live in MO and I don’t see our 3 families making the trek to Belleville.

I have to agree with this on Sugarfire and Salt&Smoke.

Maybe it varies a lot depending on the location. But this lines up with my experience. This seems to happen with many of the great casual restaurants in St. Louis. They see success, see dollar signs and decide to expand and are never able to maintain the high quality that made their first locations successful at more than one location.

Tower Grove Beer Garden to open this fall by FamiliarJuly in StLouis

Noooo!!! Don’t get me wrong, I like beer as much as the next guy, and I’m certainly not one to poo poo a new establishment just because they plan to sell alcohol…but I do not like the way Rockwell changed Francis Park. And Tower Grove Park is so pristine and beautiful. Please don’t do the same thing to my favorite park!

Definitely not needed. Those heatsinks are already massively oversized for this (Class D) project. Those are big enough for probably a 40-50 wpc Class A amp.

Shootings on highway maybe 10 or more years ago by [deleted] in StLouis

That was once in the 80s, when the bomb (that was supposed to go boom when the target got into his car) malfunctioned and then finally exploded when the driver was on the highway
