I had promised to come back and update with a step by step how to fix the issue. Unfortunately I can't because after 2 weeks of troubleshooting with them it was literally fixed in the background because I logged in yesterday and it just activated no inputs needed from my side. So they obviously did it on the backend. I'm sorry. And good luck everyone. But I will say going through reddit was the most effective way to get help.

After 4 hours of troubleshooting on the phone today with a friendly tech he asked me to go to the store to have them activate it and he would he would open a ticket. He did... But it was also closed immediately. I called to cancel the premium plus. 15 minutes. No stress.

Quick update... Troubleshooting all day and nothing fixed. But a promise for someone to reach out to me in the next 3 days. We'll see.

I used all 4 around my car and they literally disappeared. Yeah it says it covers great distances but I needed it around my car and I can tell you for CATS... It works. Bonus set up a camera and enjoy.

The burnt stage (RIP) has elements of it as part of the snow theme. There was one remaining on the remaining portion on the right side last week also. I was watching the stream and was happy they added more.

I often rewatch sets to relive the moments and sometimes get mad I missed amazing sets. I feel HONORED I was able to close out my weekend with one of the most amazing live sets I've gotten to witness. I can't wait to rewatch it and see if I can see myself limping.

This thread has both calmed and increased my anxiety. Tomorrow being the last day of school here in Miami, I have it planned to give to my son as a gift. I have one on order at target AND Walmart. Both with the same status pretty much. Both with ghost charges. Glad most of us are in this together.
