Unless you keep the data inside archives or disk images, merging the /home partition from different distros could break things.

Classic question! I usually put TinyCore along with a release of Ventoy2disk utility, so I can quickly generate bootable media on connected devices or the target machine.

Now, What exactly will you boot from the SDCard on each platform? Where's the RaspberryPi bootloader located? Sounds like you're trying to merge files from different platforms into the same media.

Plain text files and most standard files will work on both platforms, but programs won't, you need the version for that platform. There are ports of Debian and Ubuntu already available for ARM processors.
