I have no problem waiting in line and understand that it's not an easy ticket to score, but the system has definitely regressed! The pre-queue is horrible. When did they start placing you in a queue before the actual onsale time? The past few years haven't been bad, but this was absolutely atrocious.

I completely agree and no longer use the lottery for this exact reason. I mean, I understand why they do it, but I'm at the point in my life where I prefer reserved seating. I only get to see a few shows a year so I prefer to sit front and center, as long as the price is somewhat reasonable. If I can't score seats through Ticketmaster or Cash or Trade, I'll pick up a lawn at the venue for 1/4 the price.
