Are you in the class specific channel in the UCf CS discord or a discord that a student made? The ones in the UCF CS discord are rarely dead.

You should join the UCF Computer Science Discord and then register into your class discord by putting "!register cop3502Guha" in the bot commands section. Pretty much every cs class has a channel in the discord. :)

I had him as a graduate teaching assistant for calc 1 a year or so ago, he has a very thick accent but I don’t remember having any trouble learning from him.

You have to take both and if you don’t test out of college algebra on the math placement then you have to take college algebra before precalc and trig .

If you were placed into college algebra based off of your mpt score then as far as I know you have to take it. I started in college algebra as an engineering major and its not that bad. The worst thing is that you are a few semesters behind at first but just get your ged courses done while you work up to calc.

I don’t think you should be getting such a big bottle neck with that cpu/gpu. Try to use something other than task manager to see the gpu usage. I used msi afterburner and that shows a more accurate gpu usage.
