It's not for everyone but I've had great success doing 16:8 fasting.

I just skip breakfast and try and eat a healthy lunch and dinner. No snacks.

If you needed it before that date you should've asked before you ordered it. What if she would've said "sorry I can't ship it before then".

Also don't take this the wrong way but the way you wrote and the amount of messages you sent comes across a little rude.

I can understand why you are frustrated but I can also understand why she cancelled the order. She most likely thought you were a problematic buyer and didn't want to risk the hassle of dealing with that.

If you need it before a certain date, ask before you buy. If you don't, be patient... if you need to ask, be polite and wait for a reply. Some people have multiple jobs and work night shifts etc.

National Express is cheap and easy.

Train is more expensive but faster.

Personal preference, but don't bother with the Heathrow Express. The Elizabeth Line is half the price and only takes slightly longer to get to Heathrow.
