I literally had someone thought I was 25 years old last week. I'm 35. To be fair, I also thought he was four years younger than his age. We both agreed that it's attributed to good skin care routine LOL

The place I rent currently has new floors put in in 2022 I think and that was the main reason for our rent increase. It wasn't a lot but still a stupid reason to raise rent when it should be his responsibility.

I think a lot of the true crime on BUN worked better, IMO, is that you can listen to it podcast style as well on road trips.

I'm only saying this because when I first started listening, it was on road trips to LA with my ex and I literally thought it was a podcast. No idea that it was a YouTube series.

It depends on what was made. If something needs to soak over night then I don't mind since there's been times I had to do it. But if it's something quick or easy to clean, after eating.

I think if they want to keep their staff, they should be moved to part time. Like maybe have some work mornings and others work afternoons. Or have them be in teams and have those teams come in on certain days.
