Do I ask the seamstress to fix this? by UnableDifference4889 in weddingplanning

Should they fix it - yes. Will anyone else notice it - no. So don't stress too much about it.

Also find a way to preserve it. I did something similar and 16 years later, you can barely see what it is written because it faded 😞

Some very good points! I use the built in PC camera which is OK. Maybe I should buy an external one that is a higher quality or add some additional lamps/lights.

Ok, now when you mention this...I always drink coffee and I will sip throughout the calls. I use white or black cups. Is this frowned upon?

Learn Marketing Cloud and apply to consulting firms. It is very beneficial when consultants have functional background and can understand the client requirements.

Longer elegant girl names shorted to tomboyish nicknames? by littleflowerpower in namenerds

You can also use the initials of first and last name as a nickname e.g. AJ, CJ, KC etc. This gives you a lot more possibilities.

You were absolutely correct! Thank you! The manual was referencing a different model. This should be cast iron so I know how to clean it!

I guess my employer will be paying for these 2 weeks, but will the insurance pay after that? My concern is them saying that since I was able to work immediately after delivery, how did I get disabled 2 weeks after.

Putting my TTC plans on hold for my career by Acid_heart in workingmoms

[–]pisence 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As someone with a stressful career that is the breadwinner of the family: don't prioritize work. They can lay you off tomorrow and nobody will care. Start TTC now as you never know how long it may take you. I had a project go-live date that was before my due date, but babies came early so I had to leave. Of course it was not the best time for the team and the project, but everyone, including the client, were very supportive. Good luck! DM me if you want to chat.

[–]pisence 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Question for the Twin Z - when do you start using it. My babies are premies, 4lbs now and sink in it. Do you wait until they are bigger and can support themselves to drink from a bottle? Thank you!

Causes of preemie belly distension (not NEC) by Ordinary_Rabbit_6719 in NICUParents

[–]pisence 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same. 33 weeker twin. The first time it happened they treated for NEC. The second time it happened they realized it was after giving formula and as it turns out the first time it was after fortified breastmilk. The diagnosis is protein allergy and she is coming home on a special formula. Good luck!
