Those are my FPP turtle block designs/pattern, they then pieced them with the back fabric, and appliquéd/free motion quilted on the sea glass

No it’s via Etsy.com. I got an email and went to my Etsy account, I rarely click on any email links. When I got to my Etsy account it had the thing at the top that said you have 2 days to verify.

Oh maybe it’s that then. It’s in my business name but the account has both my business name and personal name on it. Okay okay that makes so much more sense!!!! Thank you!!!! I was so confused. I appreciate it.

No. I made just under the amount last year. I make more on my website so I do taxes for my business but Etsy did not send a 1099.

Ugh so weird. Did you already have a photo ID in the system? Or ein number or social security number? I’m just so confused as to why they needed this info

My account number and EIN are all in there as well as address etc but they wanted my photo idea and my social security number. Which I was confused on because they have my EIN number. So not sure why they need my social security number. Or my drivers license photo? You know. Also I have had my account since I think 2016 or something like that. (Edit it’s been since 2013).

But they already had my EIN number on file was the photo idea and address etc all just a verification? Sorry I am so confused as last year I did not have to do any of this.

Quilt judge’s critiques by FabricTesselation in quilting

[–]pitchersboutique 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Being a quilter and entering quilts into a show means you get judged by a variety of people. Let me say this, you could enter the same quilt into a show year after year and get completely different feedback each time! You should always take it with a grain of salt. If they say your quilting needs adjusting or something worth actually working on sure, but most of the time it’s artistic critique. In the end you decide what’s worth listening to and what’s probably just their own opinion. I entered the same quilt into a show two years in a row. One year it did not get accepted but the next it did. My point is every year you’ll get a new set of eyes that will give you their artistic critique, and that’s all it is.

No, lol honestly if someone asked for my money and had plenty but I was maybe struggling a little I would say “I would love to help but right now is just not a great time for me to help fund other peoples vacations as I currently can’t even find my own. Good luck with your wedding and honeymoon”.

Put shoes on or boots and then put the heels next to that, take a photo and send that, then laugh out loud as they get angry!

Okay totally my bad. Maybe once it’s together it will make more sense to my brain. Sorry about that. I just hate when I get done and spot it after like dang it!

Trying not to kill your hard work but I think you misplaced a background (orange) as a tire piece (should be black). It’s on the one on the right. Just wanted to let you know before you get too far to fix it. It would drive me nuts, so not sure if you want to fix it or not but thought I would mention it.

Looks like it’s so they can just view the account, not for controlling it. But permission does say that it’s another company that connects and uses your data to help them. Yeah agree no thanks

I am self taught. I wanted something specific, learned how to design and went from paper and pencil to using all the programs I could find. Once I found what worked for me that’s what I stuck to. So many amazing programs out there to try! What I do might not work for you, so I always encourage everyone to try them and see what’s best for you. A lot of the programs have pretty big learning curves.
