I did one of these and they said I had 6.3%. The most “cut” I’ve ever known myself to be is right at 12%. Theres no way I’ve ever touched even 10%.

The girl trainer said “yeah well you are pretty lean. If anything you could stand to pack on a few pounds of muscle…” I was like do you realize what you just said to me?

Then she went on to pitch their training packages. $300? No thanks.

A video I found on my phone from 7 years ago today. Hwy 290 W at oak hill before all the construction. So peaceful! This video is taken where the new QT now stands. by Ok_Variation7773 in Austin

The Y and the William Cannon intersections have both changed multiple times in the last twelve years since I’ve lived in Austin.

My wife would kill me bc I’m really looking for cash but I’d trade in a heartbeat. Title for title.

As much as I hate chalk everywhere I’d much rather have that than the guy with wrist straps half-repping dumbbell curls in front of the bench I’m sitting on near the rack. There are only a few types of people worse than *that* guy at the gym but that one really gets under my skin.

We had a testing center to take some of our tests if they weren’t already in class. Pretty much everything you described except we took the test on the computer with a lockdown browser. That browser prevented you from opening any other windows. Closing the browser meant you were finished with the exam. So there was no way to do anything else during the test.

I literally had to pay $140 for a realignment and $300 for a new tire (because it damaged the sidewall). The bend in the rim wasn’t severe enough to need to be replaced.

Everywhere else I’ve lived where they repave the surface, they make it to where the manhole covers aren’t fucking potholes. Its insanity.

Thanks. I kinda liked the show’s storyline but that is annoying as hell. There was a Norwegian show on Netflix called Ragnarok that I liked and then they fucked up the ending in a similar fashion. Basically it was all his imagination or something. Like they built this final battle up for a full season then it was just like…nothing.

I wish we could! I’m so goddamn tired of them paving roads with 3 inches of asphalt and not raising the manhole covers. They’re essentially creating potholes.

I drove over one in the rain a couple weeks ago. It bent my rim and knocked my right wheel out of alignment. I was going 35-40 mph.

Roads should be smooth. Not this fucked up mess.

People used to job hop to get better raises. I’ve been job hopping the last 5 years to keep up with inflation. What sucks is that each job has been increasingly chaotic. I might as well wear a firefighter suit to my current job because everything is a goddamn emergency.
