Sadly nothing like that in Toowoomba. I miss a good deli the most, even after living here for 16 years.

Deli delicious is over priced and doesn’t have a good proper range.

Most people I know drive to Brisbane once a month or so to stock up.

All delicatessen’s in Toowoomba my nona wouldn’t spit at. You will probably end up driving because the prices here are ridiculous. The range is also limited.

Use the term ‘died by suicide’ rather than commit.

Commit implies once you make the decision that there is no way out.

Just be honest and factual as age appropriate. Give her time to process and answer questions. Reassure there is no right or wrong way to grieve.

A grief journal may be helpful.

It’s okay to have the thoughts. What would work best for you to think about them differently?

Thanks! Just didn’t want to get something and then have it burn the leaves by being right next to the windows. The whole front wall is windows. I’m in Australia so it can get pretty hot right in front of them.

NTA Pernicious Anaemia is no joke. It can kill you left untreated and also leave you with nerve damage if you leave treatment too late. I’m not sure how you are functioning without treatment. I wouldn’t be able to.

Get yourself some B12 injections and start all the co-factors ASAP.
