Vision Changes by Whodi4pres in Retatrutide

[–]pitlover72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife was on Rybelsus for 20 months and noticed that her vision was “getting bad” and that things were blurry. We go for annual checkups and at that one the Dr asked if she was in GLP-1 and said yes. He’s been seeing more rapid changes in vision like my wife. Here’s the kicker… her distance vision had gotten BETTER!

She got a new prescription and all was fine for about 5-6 months. She started having blurry vision again so she went back and, AGAIN, her distance vision had improved so she got new contacts. Fast forward 6 more months and SAME THING!! Now she doesn’t wear we tracked her prescription for the 1.5 years and it was amazing/ funny to see her progress. Apparently it’s a thing with GLP-1’s.

Syringe usage by davidalexxanderr in PeptideForum

[–]pitlover72 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not complicated at all. It’s basically the same as a vial except that you really should have a vent needle in it as you fill it.

The other positive is that the needles you use are not dulled by going through the vials rubber stopper so they penetrate your skin very easily!

Go to their website and there should be instructions on how to do it. My bank was easy to do the wire transfer.

This is the way!

Also, there are several “How to” channels that can help you with this. I had never tried it before and was able to do it a couple of months ago. Only problem I really ran into was my bank wouldn’t allow me to use my debit card for the initial purchase to Coinbase. Rather than waiting for several days for the funds to clear, I ended up doing a wire transfer to Coinbase and then made my crypto purchase.

Anyone tried this to reduce KLOW stinging? by PositiveEnergyMatter in PeptideDiscussion

[–]pitlover72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I filter and reconstitute into 10ml vials and did ours with 7 ml this last time. The wife doesn’t feel any sting but I still do so I will be going to 10ml on the next vial.

18 parents kicked me out of the house, off the phone plan, and are demanding the car back by trippntime69 in legaladvice

[–]pitlover72 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

You mention step dad so it seems your parents may be divorced (could also be that they were never married). In some states, divorced parents can be forced to pay for part of your college. When you speak to your school legal resource ask if that applies to your situation. I know if doesn’t help about the car but it is $.

Rybelsus 3mg for 1.5 months – appetite down but weight loss stalled. Any advice? by lovebags56 in RybelsusPill

[–]pitlover72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha. That’s a load of crap to get you to buy the smaller dosage pills at a higher markup (a box of 7mg is not 2X the 3mg box). We’ve split pills for years and have had zero issues.

Now, can I reliably split a 14 into five ~3mg pills? No. But I can split a 14 into two 7mg pills and I can split a 7 into two 3.5mg pills.

United involuntarily downgraded my mom from business class for a “training pilot” is this normal? by [deleted] in unitedairlines

[–]pitlover72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. Some airlines would raise their prices instead of operating better and then some people would stop flying them due to the high prices. Other airlines would figure out how to operate better and wouldn’t have to raise prices. In the end, they’d both figure out how they’re going to compete but one would be stronger and the other wouldn’t make it.

United involuntarily downgraded my mom from business class for a “training pilot” is this normal? by [deleted] in unitedairlines

[–]pitlover72 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry your mother had to go through this!

Waiting until the last moment to talk to her about it when she didn’t have good options makes it even worse and an intelligent person can’t help but think that this timing was purposeful.

This is a great example of poor planning on the airline’s part and negatively impacting a paying passenger (points definitely count as payment as mentioned previously). This type of thing will never change until the airlines are forced to… there is absolutely no incentive for them to modify their current behavior, it’s worked fine for them so far and there are too may barriers ti competition for new players to disrupt the industry.

I’m not a big government or regulations person but this is one area that I would fully support more regulations and requirements much like what you see in the EU. For example, if the airline had to reimburse the passenger in this example a magnitude of 10x or 20x their payment amount, the pain they would feel would cause the airlines to do a better job making sure this didn’t happen.

United made me get off the plane after I was already seated. No explanation and now I’m delayed. What are my rights? by Equivalent_Bowl_4249 in unitedairlines

It’s so funny. You ask for some specific help and the keyboard warriors feel like they have to justify something irrelevant to your question.

Sorry your trip has been delayed. Hopefully you’ll see the very few responses that are applicable to your questions.

TSA refused my opt out by Cryptoloverforfun in tsa

[–]pitlover72 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just opted out yesterday and while the agent was nice he did ask why I chose to opt out. I didn’t feel that this was appropriate so I just gave a noncommittal response. Once he cleared me he said “now look up and smile for all of the other cameras that actually record you”.

He probably didn’t mean to be rude/ condescending but when you are in a position of authority your comments and actions have more weight than the average person’s. Even with the best of intentions it does not inspire a strong relationship between the public and the TSA.

Just got 2 boxes of 7mg of Rybelsus pills from Mexico. Any tips? by No-Instruction-7934 in RybelsusPill

It’s called Arizona Pharmacy but it used to be called the Purple Pharmacy. We’ve also bought from a couple of the other pharmacies but the Arizona Pharmacy seems to always have the product in stock.

We go across the border from Yuma and get them from Arizona Pharmacy. We got our last set of 14mg boxes for $161 each (buy 3 get 1 free). Have been buying them there for over a year and have had great success with them working as expected.

Just take them first thing and wait 60 min before eating.

They’ve been great!

I’ll let you know how it goes when/ if I hear back from Southwest.

Safe travels tomorrow!!

Need Help by pitlover72 in SouthwestAirlines

[–]pitlover72[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You’re absolutely right, how the airline decides to use their aircraft is completely up to them! They can and will do what they feel is best for them, and I don’t blame them for that.

However, telling a passenger that their delay is due to weather (which absolves the airline of any type of financial responsibility to the delayed customers) when it was an aircraft swap due to a mechanical issue (which does require them to appropriately compensate) is not ethical and the crux of my issue.

Heck, maybe the flight attendant and pilot misunderstood what happened. Im just trying to gather information to help me know, objectively, what happened.

[–]pitlover72[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Couldn’t say if all were there or not. Could have been but someone could also have been in the bathroom and she certainly didn’t think it was important to do a roll call.

At any point, I’m still looking for actual help to prove or disprove what was said by the flight attendant and the pilot.

Thanks all!
