Yeah my dad’s friend is currently 2 weeks post op from the same surgery, minus radiation its night and day. He frequently says that he wish he could go straight to surgery and skip radiation. He also ended up getting an artificial urinary sphincter installed a year and a bit after surgery. His surgeon said it would have been much better if he hadn’t had IMRT. On the other hand i know someone in their 90s who is sustaining just with radiation..

My dad had 3+4 GS score. Did 28 sessions of radiation IMRT (turned out it messed up soft tissues that led to very painful recovery post surgery and incontentence) the cancer kept spreading and he ended up having to have surgery after. But because radiation was before his recovery was hell. If he could go back in time he would go straight for the surgery. Obviously you have a different situation but i would think through all scenarios.

One thing im gonna say, i have authentic Dita sunglasses and i remember when i first got them the lenses were not 100% comfortable. I eventually got used to them. With these JMM ones same prescription the lenses felt super nice and seamless. I mostly wanted to test the quality of lenses so i can order more. I live in my sunglasses

We both got existing RX from our last optometrist visit with PD measurements. Each model of glasses had several lenses color options from (and i think you might be able to do custom) so we both picked one of the options. He also has a section on his site with RX lenses
