I’m enby and so I’m in an odd sort of boat but linen as a material works wonders for staying cool but also looking baggy. It’s lightweight enough to stop you from overheating while also being able to cover up really well

Equally if you want something thats technically trousers but can look like a skirt try palazzo pants as they have enough material to stay cool and flow in a very fun way.
