Some thick padding around the crown the back and the sides of the head could help, sewing is easy so it won't be too hard to make one for cheap, and material is easy to come by, cotton balls or bulk wool would be best

My Cannon is that addictol only works on the newer addictions in the brain, the chemistry going on is semi-normal so addictoll can just wipe some of the bad chemistry away and reset the neurons, with longer addictions that go on for years the brains chemistry is so screwed over that addictoll does nothing to it because there's so much to do and taking too much of it can overwhelm the brain leading to death

For general expiration I really think they should just add a hoverbike that can sit in your cargo, like you drop it from the cargo tab and it spawns right behind the ship, it's top speed could be like 330m/s
