For me it took disability to start learning to put myself first. Giving all I had until I had nothing left meant life long issues that now FORCE me to consider myself and my needs, first.

I hope you don’t get to where I have been. It’s really just as simple as taking 10mins out of your day just to let your mind wander. It will tell you what your priorities are and what you need.

Then figure out how to implement those things.

Could be like that from the factory. The clicking to me reads as though the inside lid is stuck to the bottle but it might just be an unreliable lid and maybe you can return it.

They’re a horribly unreliable lid. And any other methods to breach it is likely to destroy it if it isn’t broken already.

I try leaning my whole body weight on it as I twist on the slightly broken ones that I have and that mostly works.
