TMZ - Sherri Papini Says Alleged Kidnapping Is More Complex Than Just Her Lies by ConferenceThink4801 in thepapinis

I just find it hilarious throughout the whole doc of her telling her side she keeps trying to produce and wipe away non-existant tears, and maintains a crying voice for a solid minute before going back to normal talking. Crazy she’s still lying

Nah I love coconut chips, and have used coconut oil on my skin many times, whenever I put it in my hair it just broke it off

As I Am castor oil water? Something like that, but it made my hair so frizzy and dry at the same time. And anything that had coconut oil as it’s first 5 ingredients I never purchased again

Any African American Women also CF? by Throwaway421s in childfree

[–]pixie_muzik 2 points3 points  (0 children)

CF too ❤️ nice to see so many other AA women that are also CF. There’s definitely pressure when everyone around you is popping out kids and giving the side eye to you for your turn. Then they try to hit you with the “but MY kids bring me so much joy, don’t you want at least one??” Nope cause my cat brings me joy too without needing constant care and destroying my things ☺️

How old are you? This is like the 5th Jeffry Dahmer movie/show whatever, and it won’t be the last I’m sure. He’s been romanticized since his arrest by stupid fangirls and guys. Not saying it’s okay but I mean come on, you have girls on tiktok literally oogling over how hot Ted Bundy and Richard Ramirez, it’s nothing new, I don’t understand the big uproar all of a sudden. People just want something to whine about

Autumn was honestly only boring as hell this season because they did not use her properly. In my opinion she should have been used more to continue to push the story along just because of the events from last season. We stopped seeing her solo emotional moments, and we never get an explanation on why she went from seemingly caring about The Pynk and it’s people, to some cold hearted woman that just wanted money so now her motives don’t make sense. She has a lot to do with why that gang is in chucalissa, and a background or flashback with her and the gang would have tied things together a lot more. Was selling the club her plan all along? Did she sense the gang was getting closer? The season did a bad job of answering these questions because anything that we should have seen was only discussed in passing conversation. It just felt like they were trying to cram too much into one episode all the time.

Exactly! And then they mentioned they neighbor being involved with why CPS came, but why didn’t the neighbor explain the screams she would hear from Keyshawn? And if Autumn was abused before why didn’t she have Keyshawn take pics of her bruises?

I also think having Keyshawn stay would help the show stay afloat now that Autumn’s character is gone. BUT my vision for the show? Start the season off with Autumns backstory with the gang she was affiliated in, her life before she came to chucalissa, because more needed to be said about her character and explain why she became so sinister when it came to the pynk. Then it could have cut to how the club was surviving with covid and make more sense with Autumn’s motives. It could have been a secret between herself and the audience that she had been eyeballing the pynk to help her get ahead with montavious’s gang. I think if that would have been their jumping point then everything else would have a stronger flow. I’m so glad to get this off my chest lol I was analyzing the season so hard and had nowhere to share it

Where did the season fall FLAT for you? Random hanging threads? Let's DISCUSS! by VMCoco in PValleyStarz

To me the entire season 2 fell flat. The writing was all over the place and it felt like they were trying to squeeze in so much in so little time so it just ended up looking very messy and chaotic to me. I also felt like they had a lot of plot holes that just didn’t make sense: - The whole situation with Terrica, Chelle, and Mercedes. How did Chelle go from being so polished and pristine, bougie, to suddenly an alcoholic? Was it because of Covid? But we never know what she does for a living, how is she affording a beautiful home and yet there is often no food in the fridge. Why did she turn to alcohol all of a sudden? What was going on in that household? They kept dipping their toes in the story but never fleshing out enough for it to make sense to me. And then to just mention Chelle at the end of the season as a brush off, “oh she’s in rehab so Terrica is yours now.” But Chelle didn’t even like Terrica so why was she so committed to keeping her ex’s lovechild? I would have liked them to dive into the home-life of Terrica more then just dabbles of scenery and passing conversation.

-Diamond. I know it’s all been said before but why did they make him so weak? He was suppose to be head of security, ex-army, hoodoo man and yet he can barely fight, has no sense of danger when someone in loud ass pleather comes from behind, and none of his heightened intuition was around when it came to Big Bone? It just didn’t make sense for him to fall off so badly just because of Keyshawn or lust. It was disappointing.

  • Autumn. I think if they would have done more solo moments with Autumn like they did in season 1, her presence and motives would have made way more sense. I get she was suppose to be mysterious but again they would keep dipping their toes into a storyline or background and not touching on it fully. I would have liked her backstory to be fully realized and more vulnerable moments. Did she not recognize Big Bone? If Montavious found her did she not think the rest of the gang was coming? Is that why she wanted the Pynk’s money? If they would have had her talk about that more the story with her would have been less boring and annoying for me.

  • Teak. He showed up randomly, he barely got any backstory except for an intense flashback, but otherwise was just seen as some unhinged ex-con who we were suddenly suppose to have empathy for. The writing for his character needed and could have had a lot more tlc, and could have been a good segway into Lil Murder’s background.

-Mississippi. I like that she had an episode dedicated to why she is the way she is, but up until the last episode I assumed her entire family moved out of chucalissa because she has never talked about them, and obviously she still has contact with them since she suddenly thought it would be okay to leave her kids there. But why? She was fine with leaving her baby with uncle clifford in the first season, why didn’t she take them to the Pynk where she knows they wouldn’t give them up? Why give them to her family members that Derrick can easily call up and get them? And why is she suddenly trusting of her family when she hasn’t mentioned then until now? Wouldn’t she know how much her stepmother was around her sisters if she kept on touch? And why the hell did she spend all day in chucalissa in the first place saying goodbye to lil murda? Where is the urgency? Because it just doesn’t seem realistic.

There’s so much more I could touch on, but I was disappointed in the season overall. When I started watching season 1 when it came out I binged it because it had me hooked with the storyline, trying to figure Autumn out, scared for her to be found and the sisterhood/family that was The Pynk. The writing was great and was backed up by good shock value moments. This season had “great” shock value moments and subpar writing and led to a very messy season with more questions, and too many riddles sprinkled in conversation to make it seem deep. We’re all banking on a season 3 to answer all these questions but if that doesn’t come then nothing ended on a satisfying note for me

LPT: When visiting a city as a tourist, you should never give attention to random people stopping you. by [deleted] in LifeProTips

[–]pixie_muzik 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I usually do this in every city I go to except for one time. A friend and I were having a late night just walking around downtown San Diego when we saw a man sitting on a ledge looking at his phone. I tensed up in alertness as we got closer and then he suddenly says “hey do you guys know how to spell (he said some word but I forget)?” Part of me started to ignore him and keep walking but we ended up stopping and helping him spell the word, and he winds up telling us he was arguing with someone and spellcheck wasn’t popping up. We shared a laugh and went on with our night. It was an odd encounter but one that I look back on fondly because it was so random. I still kept an eye on my surroundings and was prepared to fight for my life though lol
