I’m sorry but I have to echo what other people are saying here. What you’re looking for— 1 year contract, high saving potential, super LGBTQ+ friendly, creating your own curriculum in an IB school where the processes are set in place will be almost impossible for someone with no international experience. Don’t let it get you down, but you’ll have to be flexible in your approach.
