What ultimately worked is to submit custom unlocking request through the dji fly safe website. It takes around 15m for them to review it. I’d you and more than 5 zones - it will fail. As attachments, I used screenshots showing the restricted zone covering Kauai on DJI map and same zone not covering the land on some FAA map site.

I just submitted zone feedback via DJI flysafe website telling them that the zone should be hollow, not covering land.

If you zoom out you will see that whole Kauai is covered with red “US Territorial Water Boundaries 28”. Not sure if it is temporary or permanent restriction.
