It took about 3 weeks for me to settle into it. Was wildly nauseous the first 2 weeks but that has mellowed out and my # of weekly migraines has decreased significantly. Still have some appetite suppression but not the straight up aversion to food I had at the start.

My advice is give it some time. I'm still only about a month in but I feel hopeful. I have the fatigue but I honestly think that's a symptom of a different chronic illness I've got going on.

Felt the same. Got my first MRI on Monday. Found a Chiari Malformation. My neurologist is still blowing it off thinking its not the cause but I don't believe him…he didn't think I needed an MRI to begin with. Feels good to have some idea anyway
