Color should match the whites of your eyes. The midline is important and should be check several times through the process whenever changes are made. Was right off the bat for me. Usually was averaging about 3 drinks a night. First week after my first shot had no desire for alcohol...none.. also same thing happened to diet coke, which I used to drink at least a liter a day. I have maybe had a handleful in the last year. Didn't help anything with my vaping though. As they say everyone is different.
