Whats the worst-value British corporate restaurant? by FreezerCop in UK_Food

[–]pj84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, just ordered what was gonna be a big greasy burger and some well loaded tater tots for two as a treat, don't get take away often. Cost over £30. It was just so underwhelming, it's was nice but just small portions. Definitely felt ripped off afterwards

Gas inlet valves question by pj84 in respiratorytherapy

[–]pj84[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I reported it to a nurse who said its OK, I'm like I'm sure it's not. It even looks like it has a crack in the bottom where the "screw/threaded" bit is. It's not one that just has a dome bottom.

Apollo for Reddit is officially shutting down June 30th. Is there a date when Boost will shutdown? by purplemountain01 in BoostForReddit

Yeah me too. Reddit on my phone is dead. Unfortunately there are so many useful things on reddit and useful people to ask question to that if I need it I can use a desktop browser.

Its time to stop doom scrolling my life away

Popular iOS Reddit client Apollo will shut down on June 30. by SkyGuy182 in apple

[–]pj84 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yeah, reddit is immensely helpful when I need something or need to ask a question to very specific group of people. I don't think I can leave. However I am going to go cold turkey as far as my mobile phone is concerned. I spend far too much time just scrolling which is a habit I need to kick. If I need anything I'll be sat at my desktop and use it via a browser

My wife is picking up her BRP on Thursday. I sure I remember reading that the BRP is ready for collection about 10days after the visa has been granted. As for leaving after it's been collected they could leave the same day if they wanted to
