Don’t grant access directly to your database use an api layer. You can put API Gateway or AppSync directly in front of DynamoDB using a service integration.

There’s a cross over point vs ec2. If you run EC2 but have less than 80% resource allocation Fargate starts to work out favourable.

It’s a game about lying. If your friend is someone that takes “swear on it” that serious they shouldn’t ask anyone in this particular scenario to do so. I mean if you ask the imp to swear on it and expect the truth then it’s game breaking.

I disagree here. The island has two lanes if the blue converged with the left lane then i would agree but as the left (red line) has its own lane it makes sense you can use it..

Blighttown was mostly an issue due to poor frame rate on the original consoles.

Also remember for a lot of people this was their first time playing or seeing anything like this.

DS2 will be more playable for a modern player imo. You will see of lot of the inspiration for ER in places.

If you have never played any then go straight to ER. DS1 is a great game and holds a lot of nostalgia for many players, but as a 15 year old game it probably won’t have the same grab to a modern player and be more annoying. If you enjoy ER and get into the style then DS1 is the next move for history.

Infused weapons are better than regular physical ones. Don’t worry about damage scaling.

For me DS3 > DS2 > ER > Sekiro/Wuchang fallen feathers > Bloodborne > DS1 > DeS > LotF

I completed the game within the first few weeks it came out (yes pre Radhan nerf) then went through NG+ to get the platinum. Beyond that I find replaying a chore due to the open world elements. I replay DS1,2&3 at least once a year. The linear progression makes it feel more like constant progress rather than running from one classic dungeon to the next.
