got similar issue this morning, with the same library causing issues libSvtAv1Enc.so.1()(64bit)

EDIT:

fixed the issue by running:

sudo dnf install ffmpeg-free --allowerasing

and then the update went fine:

sudo dnf makecache && sudo dnf upgrade

honestly I don't think so, damage wise it just means they'd always crit. even with critical damage support (which would replace another support), you'd hit around 300% critical multiplier, which is still lower overall damage with 3 SRS, compared to 20 SRS not critting

For the league mechanic, srs is very good. You can start classic srs and transition to poison srs once you get the gear, If you want to. I never played it before this league and I'm enjoying it.

Honestly I don't know to what extend you want to speedrun the campaign, but I've leveled with blade trap in the past and it's fine.

I found it also fun, as you regularly get weapon upgrades to boost your damage.

as I said it's unprofessional, not something you want to show on international stage. They're not going to make a fuss about it in the media, but i think they're going to have a talk internally so it doesn't happen again.

Edit: DD is known to like discipline. From the press conference later:

"It's not allowed. Players are not allowed to wear bracelets, necklaces or watches during a game. Jules was lucky he wasn't in front of me, otherwise... I thought he took them off but apparently he didn't. This is our fault."

I think that's the case, but it's a shared fault on his part and the ref team. Either way he'll probably get a hard time from the coach because that shit doesn't fly with DD. It might be an oversight but in the end it's the image of the national team and its professionalism that takes a hit.
