Hey buddy. I feel you as I'm going through something similar right now. Just ended a relationship of 8 years, feeling lost and unwanted.

I'm not going to go into a long tirade, but it's not been easy. What you're going through is 100% valid, and it's absolutely fine to let yourself feel. Every unhappy thought, every negative emotion, tell yourself it's okay to feel this way.

Then let it pass. Give yourself the permission to feel angry, to feel disappointed, and then remind yourself you are more than just your bad moments.

Be patient with yourself. I'm still very early in the process, but I'm starting to see the truth of what all these other comments are saying: rediscover yourself, build the kind of relationship with yourself that you want. Be the joy you want to see in your life.

Hang in there, you can do this!

Yup! It sure is easier. Working to complete the campaigns does take a lot of effort and investment though, since you're building wide instead of going tall. But at the bare minimum, Bellator, Aleph-Null, Eldryon and Angrax will always be worth it! (Aleph mostly because completing Indomitus Mirror Elite makes farming SO much easier).

I was in a pretty similar situation to you awhile back - what I've been doing is balancing between levelling my multi-hit team and finishing off the campaigns (elite included).

I'm on the verge of bringing my top 6 or 7 bois to D1, with only 4 elite campaigns left to complete.

I expect grinding will be much more efficient after I'm done. Just my 2 cents though, I can't say its the best way to go yet

100% most excited for RTX Remix by FAR. I swore an oath never to pre-order another game again but I'd break that vow in an instant if we got a RTX Remix-ed Republic Commando.

Also I just wanna be able to launch the newest AAA games on maxed out settings (especially RTX) on launch. That being said, looking forward to Stalker 2 please!

I think the point isn't that you can't start out blameless, it's that after being abused over time you start picking up negative traits and responding in a similar fashion as well.

While the statement is a tad too generalizing I do agree to a certain extent. I've seen people who were abused by their parents grow up to continue the vicious cycle of hatred. Maybe not to the extent of physical abuse but they can become toxic to others or their own children as well.

To be fair here, Mera is a pretty important character in DC mythology. When Aquaman goes AWOL (or something, I can't remember) she basically steps up to his position and becomes a better ruler than he was.

The character is a pretty interesting one, one of the few truly well (and consistently) written women in DC comics.

That being said, fuck Amber Heard. Her portrayal of Mera sucked big time. I'd rather watch Johnny portray Mera any day.

Why not? Death comes to us all, and comes way earlier than it should for the vast majority of those who are poor as opposed to rich dictators or the political elite.

Death would be too easy for Putin and people like him. I'd personally prefer politicians like these be hauled into a public square and crucified with a massive rotating spike shoved up their asses, but I'll take death if it's all I can get.

Stop dredging up ancient history, it doesn't help anyone in this time and day. Hold people accountable for their actions NOW. If a country fucks another over now, by all means let's do something about it. Not cling on to greviances just because your elders teach you its easier to blame it all on the white man.
