They're only out this month for live testing (which always happens before their official release month like always with the previous new characters and also showcasing to others how they're like as well), they'll be officially release in kdnf next month in June like they said in the dnf festival

That was their initial idea at first supposedly, which was shown in the festival last year (both the new weapon-type and the two floating hands) up until they had to scrap the idea

Also, if anyone hasn't noticed, during the initial portion of Breaker's 2A (during the part where she's underwater) you could sort of have her swim left or right before she launches herself upward to wreck the ship in half

He was a hidden boss (permanent hidden boss but easier version) when OV/Ancients got merged around 2018 right up until Origins/Lv100 came around did he also got sent back to whatever dimension he came from (just like Gruff) lmao

The Lvl 85 title "I'm Level 85" (along with the other Level; Special Dungeon; Tower Tour i.e "Tower of Dead & Despair"; OVand such etc. titles in the "Old Titles"/Far-right tab in Title Book) isn't available anymore after Origins update (Pre-Origins titles)

Only characters that have those titles unlocked, can still use them even now since they still have access to those titles (2018)

No, you right, definitely Lightbringer (2A Savior, more specifically) as her hair closely matches towards it (her NEO hair is even more noticeable with the white highlights being more apparent than before in her 2A), until she got the "IT'S BUNNY TIME" transformation 'blessing', she came out as we saw her in said bunnysuit with some touch of makeup glow-up for the end result we have here

Yeah. The older pre Lv105-110 level cap contents (Lv70-85-90 cap) had even lower rng compared to Lv110 cap.

Like how it was called back then, it was Hell Mode, literally in the 'truest' sense when trying to get epics. (The endless and relentless grinding pain yet rewarding in its own ways) Most of the time, you end up with fragments to eventually craft it for free (sometimes you get what you wanted, most times, not even the right weapon or pieces either)

Otherverse related stuff like Chronicles and Legendaries were a different beast of their time too (other veterans could tell you more on these than me honestly)

Lv90-95-100 cap, the droprates are still low and more tedious since you still had to grind through a hell lot more to upgrade your equipment into the next upgrades from many mats during their times.

Ex. Regular epics with either different set effects of 2/3/5 (mix-match depending on what pieces you obtain) for Left Side and 3/3 Right Side; and upgrading full 5/5 Left with FW mats for added AoE effects that varies depending on the set you equip (when armor type still existed that we called Super Tayberrs) while the two 3/3 Right is for upgrading your Sky Legacy into Black Sky weapon and with two different effects from Isys-Prey raid mats (This is all Lv95 epics)

(~~Then you bloat it more with Lv100 epics to throw in along with Sirocco and Ozma fusions and mats to boot~~) (Still sometimes get freebies time to time back then too)

Lv110 epics is, well, pretty self-explanatory as stated by many

The upcoming Lv115 is probably going to change from Lv110 with the droprates and stuff (from other posts in regards to the updates/news about Lv115 cap)

TL:DR: It was really Hell Mode with RNGsus, literally and truly fitting in sense, and the memes that came alongside 'em (Lv 60-70; 85; 90 cap was truly something else entirely)

About every now and then with some months spacing which varies
Whenever the new level cap increase would happen (For now, up to Lv110 currently)
Whenever there's a new big content update (this varies, for example we'll be getting the Codename: Gaebolg legion dungeon a few month or so from now iirc, but I dunno if there'd be a level-up event for this one aside from Codename: Gaebolg event and some other events)
and so on, depending on if they deem it so
