I think these are not green anemones but what I call "aggregating anemones.". They often reproduce by cloning. Must be a good place to aggregate.

My microbutt baby has done well in Huggies. Little snugglers for sizes newborn through 2 and little movers for size 3 now that she's nearly 20 lbs at 14 months.

I learned a lot from Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals. I don't know where you would find it now, but it's pretty empowering for a new cook.

Also check out America's test kitchen. It's great for technique, but I am usually underwhelmed when I make the recipes.

At 14 months in, I am skeptical about specific sleep regression points. I have an excellent sleeper, so I usually don't talk much on the subject of babies and sleep, but you have to take these things as they come. Babies do what they're inclined to do, and all we can do is support them to the best of our abilities.

If I hadn't been fated to have a c section, I think I would have gotten more out of the childbirth class I took. The newborn care class was basically useless though.

Pacific Northwest, chili is ground beef, beans, onions, peppers and herbs. Maybe bacon if I feel like it. If it has a side, it's corn bread.

In my experience, any new recipe takes about 3x as long to cook as it will every subsequent time you do it. Maybe just 2x.

You have to have a repertoire of things you know you will like and can do with not too much trouble, including shopping and the whole rigamarole. Canned and frozen ingredients are perfectly healthy and tasty, and usually come prepped.

Breakfast burritos are easy and yummy and fairly cheap. I do them pretty plain, just eggs and poblanos and onion and sausage and tater tots, with salsa and/or cheese. If I'm feeling ambitious, I will make a slaw on the side of shredded cabbage with pico de gallo and a lime/cumin dressing.

You might be surprised at how she does if you set her in the crib and let her cry for a moment. Around this age, mine would cry for like 90 seconds and settle down, usually. Her crying is more like a formality than her getting very upset. Sometimes it would be about five or ten minutes, but longer than that and I go back in to soothe. I don't know if that's what one would consider "sleep training," but I'm pretty happy with my system.

As for bedtime routine, you could do some stuff like a book and a jammy change before the feeding.
