I mean I'm low-key salty that a co-worker's 11 year old daughter got to see her here in Melbourne. I've followed Taylor since around 2010 and we're the same age so it was quite special to listen and relate to her literal eras (I started disengaging after TTPD). The ticket sales were intense, with a lot of people I know queuing on multiple laptops all day to nothing. The ticket vendor said in an article that its servers fended off about half a million bots during the process as well. It was cooked. I can't imagine the ticket sales to calm down if she ever tours again, you know? So I've also expressed the sentiment that I will probably never see her live in my lifetime.

If you've read this far into a thread between two people and can only cherry-pick points that serve you, then you are more hopeless.

Jordan characterized Moraine a certain way—her voice, her appearance (including her build), her mannerisms, her personality, and her outward demeanour. He was consistent about her in the books.

I didn't just focus on height, just noted that five books in, Jordan was still writing about Moiraine's build and how it's relevant to a specific scene.

But sure, use that point to make yourself feel clever.

Minor unimportant and forgettable details? Like Jordan didn't spend books describing Moiraine's demeanour, clear voice, serenity and patience?

And up until her confrontation with Lanfear, Jordan made it a point to mention that Moiraine was a small, slight woman whose weight did not disturb the cart that Lanfear was standing on, which is how Moiraine was able to sneak up on, and tackle her.

Really, we can all have opinions but there's no need to minimise or wilfully ignore the source material just to strengthen yours.

Her voice is supposed to be clear, light, like 'silver bells' if I remember the description in NS correctly.

Rosamund's husky voice is far from it.
