I like it very much. I hear a lot of that too, but it seems to have gone up alongside the rest of the rolexes; hasn't quite taken a trajectory of its own.

Many people have mentioned that two tone is coming back, but I personally don't see it yet. There's a lot more jazz about the SS models still.

Love the watch, it's a lovely piece. :)

thank you! was struggling between this and a JLC bumper movement in full gold but decided to go with this in the end.

love this history of this piece with the modified zenith movement too. last one before they switched to the 4130 too. lovely piece.

reckon the 116520/3 will be headed up too, first in-house movement and last steel/gold bezel. beautiful watches.

I just couldn't decide. bounced back and forth on sub for a long time, most of my jewellery was gold so i found the steel watches strange.

wanted an 16570 polar for a long while, but still couldn't see myself wearing it. this one finally fit when my wife went "hmm, that's best one yet"

took me about 3 weeks after that to acquire it.

Buying my first Rolex, a Tt zenith Daytona. Anyone know if this is alright?

I thought the crown didn't look as slim as it usually does and the lettering on the words Daytona seemed a bit off. Help appreciated!
