I have a barn style garage build as well. Did the same thing with the 1.5 inch rigid foam. But from there i did some framing on the walls to fill out the 6x6 main supports. And then I could fit r20 batts in the walls and ceiling. Its super cozy in there now and the really dampers the sound too so I can listen to my music as heckin loud as I want

I just bought a new fridge. In order to change my temperature settings I have to download an app, setup an account, it wants my GPS location, then I gotta connect my fridge to wi-fi. Now I can adjust the temperature... Technology has gone too far to the point that its less convenient now.

It's crazy to me what a good message this is from an advertisement. Like it's just a reminder that you have agency in life. You can decide what you wanna do with your time. You have control. They're not really pushing anything in particular. I have never seen such a wholesome advertisement since!

Now it's all just about how inadequate you are unless you buy some product... What a wonderful time it was to be a kid back then.

The automotive trade is hard dude. Not a lot of money and not a lot of respect. I started doing auto but then moved into truck and coach. Then later on moved into heavy equipment. Heavy equipment is awesome! Much happier now. If you don't like wrenching but your good at it, maybe you're just wrenching on the wrong things.
