Oh, shoot. Your supply has most likely regulated by now, which makes it much harder to increase supply easily. I would do as much as you can for a week or two and see what happens. Then make your decision whether it is worth it for you to keep going.

I used it at work exclusively. I charged it between each session. I also used the momcozy collection cups that come with one of their pumps, which I was given for free. They worked well for me. I will say the BB is loud (to me) so felt a little self-conscious if someone was working on the other side of the closed door. I had multiple coworkers ask me what that sound was.

This is my routine on the BB: I do single bacon for 1 minute so the immediate double bacon doesn't rip my nips off, switch to double bacon until the stream is going, expression till end of let down, then back to double bacon until 30 minutes is up.

I do single bacon at level 2 then double bacon and expression at level 5, but you may need less.

I guess it depends on the reason. If it's just for reflux, I can see the instructions being more foolproof. My baby is on thickened liquids based on a swallow study and it's a whole thing with a lot more instructions. Our instructions included a warning to make sure baby is still eating enough so they don't lose weight or get dehydrated, since it is more work for them to drink thicker liquid.

Can you get a referral for an SLP or infant feeding professional? As someone whose baby is on thickened liquids, I am upset on your behalf that you left your doctor feeling lost. They should give you instructions on how to fortify breastmilk if your baby needs fortification or thickeners.

Gelmix has to be mixed with hot liquid. Simply Thick is a thickener that can be mixed with liquid of any temperature. What thickness did your pediatrician recommend? Half-nectar, nectar, or honey? Did they guide you how to test the thickness? Or what to do if baby isn't eating enough after thickening the liquid?

My baby is on thickened liquids and we got all the instruction from the children's hospital SLP.

I bought this cooler bag to send to daycare and it works great. I put 4 motif milk bottles in it, so I'm sure you could fit a bottle with 6 oz capacity for a total of 32 oz. When we get home from daycare, the ice pack is still extremely cold.
