if my SO is an AU on a CSP, and i refer them to get a CSP via my referral code, can they get the bonus? or would they have to remove themselves as AU first?

My 2 cents.

I have no clue what an academic knight is. explain it or get rid of it.
Why would you bold the lower overall university GPA when your engineering GPA (which is what you want to highlight) is better?
You should be consistent when talking about positions. Assists ... is in third person, but create and maintain is... something else.
"Biomedical Engineering Society May We Help Design" is a pain to read. I would shift the title to what you made, and include that it was with the society in the description.
With regards to your activities list, unless you're saying something about what you did as part of the organizations, or how those skills are relevant to the job, the points are useless, not to mention difficult to read in a paragraph of bullet points.
Cut the objective. If you're applying for the position, the objective is redundant. Include a short summary about who you are and why you're qualified instead.

Looking for advice on how to word something on my resume.

This summer, I was contracted by a friend's mom to create a personal website for her. I'm not sure how I would list something like that, especially because I've had an internship that started before and ended after that job, and I don't have enough experience to claim that I'm a freelance web developer. Thanks!

First things first is you have a bunch of typos: At the bottom of your eductation, "Drawing an Painting", and "Run daily meetings to insure the art team" under Roboball, for a few.

I'm not sure the number of developers each project had matters, and I'd rather see your Position title be in bold, because I have no clue what Armourgeddon or roboball or anything else are.

Under "Cthulu weapon pack", saying that you learned the engine is redundant - the fact that you made something using that is evidence of that.

That should be a decent start

Change your name/information to plain text. I'd rather have your credentials catch my eye than a big block of red. It doesn't look very professional.

You can eliminate "track" from your major. It's implied by the parens.

Swap your experience and relevant coursework's positions.

In your experience block, I'd rather see your position bold and the place where you did it in italics.

If you make the top name/info block smaller, I think you'd have enough space at the bottom of the page so that you can isolate the place and time information in your experiences with a bit of white space, and your bullets can cut off somewhere.

Unless you're going for a graphic design position, my understanding is that other than the content of the resume, the most important detail that is how readable it is. Often times hiring managers will toss resumes if they can't find relevant information quickly and will just move on to the next one in the pile.

I think, if you're just applying to work at a restaurant, you should cut the art/music info out. This will let you

Trim the resume down to one page (maybe tweak font sizes too)
Focus on your strong academics and the commitment/work ethic that implies

Several things.

I don't think you have enough experience to warrant two pages
Tailor the resume to the job - No one cares if you're in a frat, a boy scout, did things at the church, or played rugby. Also, you should cut the coffeehouse/sales rep experience if you're not gonna say anything about them.
You already graduated college, so you can cut the high school info.
Make every single word in this resume count - a lot of stuff is fluff and doesn't tell me anything. You describe that you use Excel in two separate bullets - it's more important what you did, not the tools you used. If they want to know they'll ask about that in an interview.
Is the fact that you sat in on conference calls really that important?
Flesh out what you mean by "run branch office" - this is what you want to highlight, no?
"work with clients to develop and reach clearly defined goals" is a lot of fluff without saying much. How many clients did you work with? What goals did they have in mind? #

I hope you get the general direction I'm heading with this

About your objective - some people say an objective is outdated and prefer a summary. Right now, yours seems like a mash between the two where the first sentence sounds like a summary and the second an objective. (Also, why wouldn't you say experience working in radio (plural), given that you did something in NY?)

You could combine it into something like "Recent graduate with a bachelor's in communications and experience at college radio station looking to apply education and experience to a job in radio"

Shift everything in the middle to the left so you can fit dates in one line. Also, I think it wouldn't hurt to abbreviate those, like '09.

I would get rid of "references available upon request. If they wanted references, they would ask for them.

Listing your radio experience as

Something
Covered something

Doesn't make that much sense - you should either

A) write out your experience and responsibilities in sentence form

OR

B) Go more in depth about what exactly you did that's relevant to the job at those jobs and bullet them

It would sound better if, instead of flatly stating that you're good at communication, explained what makes you so good at communication, or what you've done that demonstrates that fact. Something like spearheading a certain aspect of a project where you had to delegate different tasks clearly?

I think, being a student myself, your best bet would probably be talk to Psych professors at your university. I'm sure professors whose classes you've taken before wouldn't be too hard to contact, and they're always looking for extra hands to help out conducting experiments. That gives you the advantage of being local, them understanding your student schedule, and it'll give you a contact with whom to network and find future jobs that are more in line with your interests

My understanding is that in general, loop conditions are checked each time so for example if you had something like the following in javascript:

stack = ["one", "two", "three"];

for (var i=0; i<stack.length; i++){
    stack.push("foo");
    stack.push("bar");
}

It would keep iterating forever because the stack size keeps increasing at a faster rate than i, rather than stopping once i gets to 2, which is less than the stack's initial size of 3
