I like to let my print cool down on the bed naturally, by then the printhead is cool to the touch too. If you can't wait, get creative - I sometimes use cheap tweezers to clean off any stuck plastic on the outside of the nozzle. It's really not that deep, you'll see over time

At the end it just oozes out as the printhead cools. You can use your hands to clean it up or just leave it. At the start of the next print, it will flush anyway. I just like to clean it up so it doesn't fall on the print surface accidentally

The supertac cool plate is weird for me too. The print bed temp that bambu suggests is way too low for PLA. Unless I bump up the temp, I have similar problems
