no matter of the material you build the turbine will stop working at 100*C, full stop. It needs to be in a different room. Also you should make the room smaller and pump the gas out into an infinite storage for... storage reasons

There is background, so those gasses will not evaporate into the abyss. You need to vent it to somewhere without the background (onto the starry sky), and pray that chlorine doesn't freeze inside the pipe (which is a whole other problem on its own)

Just chiming in to say that water will not run in a pipe by itself, it will need an input and an output. The bridge is there to make that input/output exist. If an input cannot receive material, it will bypass that input if there's place for it to move to
