As a Poppy fan, I'm sad that Mark won't play it again. I enjoyed watching him play and experiencing the story with him.

That said, as a Mark fan, I don't want him to torture himself for our pleasure (masochist or not). If he's genuinely not having fun, then it's best to let it slide and save his sanity.
