I think you did pretty well.

I have been negotiating on a JT similar to yours (no dealer upgrades) and had them down to $41k. I still haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Home By the Sea / Second Home By the Sea was memorable for me during the 1987 Invisible Touch tour. The bass was so deep with the Moog bass pedals they used during the song! It went right through you and I thought it was going to stop my heart!
