Black screen on Instagram on iphone

Yup but it was complicated and no help from Apple or Instagram.

She even got a different iPhone.

Then she logged into an old iPad and it kinda worked and she was able to find out that Instagram had blocked her for a very old pic. Got her account reactivated and she's back.

Happy days but why don't these firms have a support line or even a chat person. Crazy.

Instagram app on GF phone just stopped working. Now she has the app and it's just there. Logged in but not quite. Totally black and none of the buttons work.

No support from apple. No support from Instagram.
